Salmon Cream Cheese Spread
Makes 1 Quart, Prep/Cook Time 15 min
Ingredients:
- 12 oz of Smoked Salmon
- 1 lb of Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- Salt as needed
Procedure:
- Whip cream cheese in mixer for 2 min on medium speed, until spreadable.
- Add smoked salmon, and 1 tbsp of lemon juice and blend with cream cheese, until thoroughly mixed
- Add in salt as needed for desired taste
- Transfer to storage container and chill in refrigerator for 15 min before use
- Spread on your favorite cracker or baguette and enjoy with a glass of Heath Sparkling Ebullience
